Payment is processed securely through third-party payment providers. By submitting an order, you authorize Turk’s Bud to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount displayed at checkout, including taxes and shipping.

Orders may be canceled or refunded at our discretion if:

The product is unavailable

5. Shipping and Delivery

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail within the United States.
Estimated delivery times and restrictions are outlined in our Shipping Policy.
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Turk’s Bud is not responsible for loss or theft.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
To request a replacement or refund for damaged goods, contact us within 7 days of delivery at turksbudco@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
