Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Turk’s Bud. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle, process, and deliver all orders placed through [turksbud.com].


1. Legal Compliance

All Turk’s Bud products are hemp-derived and contain less than 0.3% Δ9-THC, fully compliant with the 2014 and 2018 U.S. Farm Bills (7 U.S.C. § 5940 and 7 U.S.C. § 1639o).

We do not sell or ship any products that violate the Controlled Substances Act or applicable state laws.
Turk’s Bud reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order shipped to jurisdictions where hemp-derived products are restricted or prohibited.


2. Processing & Shipping Times

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Shipping Method: All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

  • Estimated Delivery: 2–3 business days after shipment, depending on destination.

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Please note: during holidays or peak volume periods, processing and delivery times may be slightly extended.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order weight.

We currently ship only within the United States.


4. Restricted States

Due to evolving state and local regulations, Turk’s Bud does not currently ship to states where hemp-derived products are restricted or prohibited. Specifically: Idaho, Kansas, South Dakota, Nebraska, West Virginia, and Wyoming.

If an order is placed to a restricted region, it will be canceled and refunded.


5. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.

Turk’s Bud is not responsible for delays, losses, or returned packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you need to update an address, email us within 24 hours of placing your order at turksbudco@gmail.com.


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is scanned as “Delivered” by USPS, Turk’s Bud is not liable for loss, theft, or damage.

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be found:

  1. Confirm your shipping address.

  2. Check with neighbors or your local USPS office.

  3. File a claim directly with USPS.

We’ll do our best to assist, but final resolution must be handled with the carrier.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact turksbudco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.


8. Updates to This Policy

Turk’s Bud may update this Shipping Policy at any time to reflect changes in logistics, carriers, or legal requirements. The most recent version will always appear on our website.
